Parent to Parent Syndicated Columnist, Jodie Lynn, Signs Onto a Nationally
Syndicated Parenting Radio Talk Show
St. Louis, MO, (April 02, 2004) - Parent to Parent, a partner of Martin-Ola
Press, the company that puts families first in everything it does, is going on
the airwaves. Jodie Lynn, signs onto an internationally syndicated parenting
radio talk show.
"Apparently, Radio For Parents is syndicated in more than 20 cities and features
award winning host, Susan Sierra. The whole theme brings the most popular
parenting book authors, magazine editors, as well as TV parenting program hosts
together on one radio show," says new sign-on, Jodie Lynn. Lynn says, "I'm
impressed not only with Susan's guests, but also with the tremendous work and
caliber of people who line up to be on the show. We're talking about
regular guests of the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Today Show, Good Morning America
and other top shows. I'm honored that Susan chose me to do a parenting/family
segment and I am looking forward to it."
ParentTalk, which is now "Apparently," has been rising to stardom over the past
few years and has continued to grow at a phenomenal rate. While the guest list
is quite impressive all on its own, having just built a new studio with
topnotch state-of-the-art equipment, has elevated the show to must-listen status
for parents around the country.
"Twenty stations are not huge, but the cities and size of the audience is major.
The impact and charisma that goes along with the popular guests, makes it an
incredible source for parents," says owner and creator of Apparently, Susan
Sierra.
After having Lynn on a recent show, Susan says that they clicked due in large
part to Lynn's positive personality. In fact, Lynn just completed speaking at
the 2004 Erma Bombeck Writer's Workshop where she was one of only four of a VIP
syndication panel. After hearing what the panel had to say, the writers came
away feeling depleted and frustrated-that is, except for one bright spot, Jodie
Lynn. Every writer who came to hear the panel agreed that Lynn was quite a
rarity and spoke with great admiration towards her including Sue Rouch, managing
editor and assistant vice president of Universal Press Syndicate, who
said, "Wow, you're quite an inspiration."
Having said that, Lynn immediately replied, "Staying positive and passionate
about what you want to accomplish is the key to success, and it's all in my new
ebook, Syndication Secrets."
Achieving, aspiring, and inspiring others, Lynn seems to handle each new
endeavor with a renewed spirit and love of her favorite saying: "Never give up
on your ability to obtain your dreams, especially if you repeatedly get slapped
down."
Her energy, hard work, and follow through are what have been the driving forces
behind her ongoing success. Lynn's parenting segments will be begin on April 11,
2004, and continue on a regular basis. See ParentToParent.com for more details
and/or to check if the radio show is in your city. It can also be heard online
at RadioForParents.com any time of the day.
